Ecoservants is governed by a Board of Directors, which includes a member of the White Mountain Search and Rescue Board, an administrator for the First Christian Church, a Ruidoso City Council person as Treasurer, and a youth councilor as a general board member. The board serves to make executive decisions, strategic planning, and is a strong representation of our community.
Under the Board of Directors is a full time office staff that includes an Executive Director, Associate Director, Office Manager, and Operations Manager. Both the Associate Director and Office Manager are currently under 23 years old, further evidence that Ecoservants connects to youth. Additionally, Ecoservants has a permanent program staff of seven people, all under 25 years old that leads and carries out the field work.
